Onsite hotels

Delegates can book rooms at discounted rates in the Scott Hotel and the Scholar Hotel, which are on the same site as the conference.

Also, KM Hotel and KM Apartments, close to the conference venue, can be booked at discounted rates.

There are also numerous B&B options available nearby.

Cheaper options

The University of Edinburgh offers of 3* and 2* rooms for Summer Stays at Pollock Halls, the conference site.

  • Most of the rooms have been booked by now (75 were available at a discounted rate to delegates)

  • For certain conference dates, you can book rooms here

  • Alternatively, please email reservations@ed.ac.uk to enquire about availability for conference dates

Alternatively, Travelodge offers reasonably priced accommodation, with some hotels not far from the conference venue.
