Conference registration
Due to very high demand and venue capacity limits (550 delegates), registration is now closed and will not reopen. Only the few symposia speakers who have not registered yet can do so by emailing the organisers.

**Capacity for the first 300 delegates who register and note their intent to take part in the dinner (on the registration site).
The fees include full access to all sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, welcome and poster receptions, and conference dinner.
